Contribution à la dynamisation de l'industrie cinématographique au Burkina Faso : projet d'éducation des élèves à l'image dans la ville de Ouagadougou

Abstract

Le cinéma, instrument de valorisation de la culture a toujours été au cœur des évolutions humaines et techniques. Au Burkina Faso, il occupe une place primordiale dans la politique culturelle de développement. Des efforts sont certes fournis pour son développement mais, il reste confronté à d'énormes difficultés. Le développement de ce secteur ne saurait se faire en occultant le public jeune qui est la relève de demain. A travers notre projet d'éducation des élèves à l'image, nous espérons contribuer au développement du secteur cinématographique et audiovisuel en créant un cadre d'éveil de la sensibilité culturelle et de la créativité pour les jeunes. Aussi, participera t- il à donner aux jeunes une culture cinématographique et à susciter une vocation pour le cinéma et l'audiovisuel. L’éducation à l’image cinématographique et télévisuelle, participe de l’éducation artistique et culturelle, et constitue un moyen de développer conjointement des connaissances, des capacités et des attitudes dans la mesure où elle engage simultanément la faculté de manier de nouveaux langages, le développement d’une sensibilité esthétique, la construction d’une vision curieuse et ouverte sur le monde, enfin et surtout l’acquisition d’un esprit critique et autonome vis à vis des médias. Eduquer les jeunes à l'image, c'est leur permettre de passer d’une position de consommateurs, à celle de spectateurs avertis, voire de réalisateurs ou de producteurs amateurs, capable d’exprimer leur sensibilité et leur regard sur le monde. The cinema, the instrument of valuation of culture was always in the heart of the human and technical evolutions. In Burkina Faso, it occupies an essential place square in the cultural policy of the development. Efforts made are certainly supplied for its development but, it remains confronted with enormous difficulties. The development of this sector could not be made by hiding the young public who are the future generation of tomorrow the main defeat which they have to face. Through our educational project in school in the projection of image, we hope to contribute to the development of the film and media in the audiovisual sector by creating an executive awakening of the cultural sensibility and the creativity for the young people. So, it will participate to give to the young people culture to audiovisual and to give a testimony and defense of the present act. The education in the film and television image, this will participate in the arts and cultural education, and will constitutes a means to develop jointly knowledge capacities and attitudes as far as it encourages simultaneously the faculty to handle new languages, the development of an esthetic sensibility, the construction of a curious and opened vision on the world. This will especially introduce a critical and autonomous mind of the media. To educate the young people in the image, it will allow them to pass from the consumer position, in that of warned spectators, even directors or amateur producers, capable of expressing their sensibility and their look on the world. This activity will participate, in the energization of the cinema of Burkina Faso, like an icon for the cinema and for broadcasting.
