dc.description.abstractSummary human resources management in the professional world has pushed researches to look at the issue of discipline at work and individual performance in business. The purpose of this study is to show how the discipline at work influences individual performance in business. As a result, it was unlike that in our companies in Cameroon and everywhere else, the discipline at work is in perfect relationship with individual performance that is to say that both notions share a causal relationship because the observation of the discipline in business (cause) promotes individual performance (effect) and allows the improvement of individual productivity. It is therefore understood that the discipline is a determining factor for good performance of a person in an organization. However, this efficiency of the relationship between the discipline at work and individual performance is not always proven because of the context and the environment that is not the same. The results from the data collect and analyzed show that the discipline positively influences individual performance in ENEO.fr_FR
