Résumé: | The problematic of war and peace in War and Peace between Nations constitutes de bedrock of Raymond Aron’s political thought. The interpretation of her think on war and peace is characterized by the insistence on the nature basically political of war. Is war the continuation of politics by other means in order to consolidate peace? Or war constitutes a split with political pursue? The primacy of politics, thinks Aron, is to break down the ascent to farthest limit, to avoid that the animosity explodes in pure passion and in violence without restrictions. The reasonable behaviour must endeavour simultaneously to preserve the national interests and the dignity of human being. At the moment we are facing the globalised terrorism and the globalised war, it would be just to structure an efficient International System of Defence whose basic elements must lay on ethical principles for a Human World stable and peaceful. Through a analytic approach of this theory, he’s judicious for Humanity to integrate it in order to eradicate violence, war and ideological crisis between different States of the World. |
