Résumé: | This end-of-study dissertation entitled "Study and Balancing of a Manufacturing Process for an Ergonomic Car Seat Cover (Massaging and Heating for Back Pain) from Luffa Cylindrica" deals with the manufacture of a car seat cover ergonomic that will be able to bring comfort and relief to the suffering back while driving. It is in this sense that we looked at the Luffa Cylindrica sponge which has sufficiently important therapeutic properties to allow us to make our cover. This project allowed us to go through the study of materials from which, Luffa Cylindrica is a quantity of 50 sponges and the choice of DRILL (100%) 3 meters proved to be appropriate for the realization of our prototype. Thus, we had these materials subjected to a set of pretreatment and treatment: Softening, bleaching and dyeing. After finishing the materials, we identified the different stages leading to the experimental manufacture of our ergonomic car seat cover. Once the experimental process was completed, we proceeded to its industrialization through the inventory of machines and materials that will serve us in the industrial manufacturing process. Our company manufactures "MARES" brand covers valued at 24000f each usingsophisticated machinery. In the rest of our study, we designed the skeleton of our company's OST forecasting scheme. Then we described this diagram followed by the status of each manager of our company. |
