Résumé: Our work is entitled: "Formation of musicians and the acquisition of the elaboration of competences of the Bikutsi musical score ". The interest shown by this study stems from an observation made on musical practice with Cameroonian artist-musicians. However, among their production, we can enumerate video clips, CDs, shows. Despite the measures taken by the State to encourage the promotion of cameroonian music in the world, Cameroonian artists-musicians in general and particularly those of the "Bikutsi" style, do not elaborate musical score of their productions. Meanwhile the musical score appears as one of the means of transmission and sustainability of the musical works. It permits the musical interpreter in any part of the world to translate the intention of the composer. In other words, it is a language, a communication support based on the symbols of writing. So is it important to see a relation of dependence between the formation of musicians and the acquisition of the elaboration of competences of the Bikutsi musical score? The research question from this work therefore comes out follows: Does the formation of musicians facilitate the acquisition of the elaborate of competences of the Bikutsi musical score? The provisional response to this question is as follows: Formation of musicians facilitates the acquisition of the elaboration of competences of the Bikutsi musical score. From the above, it follows two research hypothesis from this provisional response. The questionnaire of our closed-item survey was administered to a sample of 150 artist-musicians of the “Bikutsi” style in the city of Yaounde, using the simple random sampling technique. The data collected were analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 software with the application of the Bravais Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression. The results show that the normative influence of the musician’s formal training facilitates the acquisition of the elaboration of competences of the Bikutsi musical score, r (128) = 0.311, (p <0.001) in HR1; the informational influence of the musician’s informal training facilitates the acquisition of the elaboration of competences of the Bikutsi musical score, r (128) = 0.235, (p <0.001) in HR2. These results permit us to affirm that HR1 HR2 were confirmed. However, there is a difference between the two trainings. It emerges that the individual always finds himself in a situation of comparison, in which he chooses between two facts or events, the one which will take him less time and will prevent him from putting himself in a state of discomfort.
