Abstract

This research on " Mail management and administrative efficiency: study applied to SOPECAM " is part of major context of ineffectiveness of case processing procedures in administrations in the Cameroonian context. It examines the relationships between mail management and administrative efficiency. The analysis based on the phenomenon of administrative slowness gives us the opportunity to analyze the means of going up the slope. Based on mail management, this brief would like to emphasize the interest for organizations to migrate from manual mail management to electronic mail management in order to guarantee administrative efficiency in their organization.
