Résumé: This work deals with the management of schools and the efficiency of administrative work within the technical high school of Ebolowa. it arises from the observation that the school environment is subject to an increased increase in neglect of its staff and the lack of maintenance of infrastructure. this phenomen on poses the problem of school management. hence the question of knowing what are the links between the various resources made available to the educational establishment and the efficiency of administrative work. This central questioning made it possible to formulate the following general hypothesis: the resources made available to the school have a significant influence on the efficiency of administrative work at the technical high school of Ebolowa. through a qualitative approach, with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. after analyzing the data by spearman correlation, it emerges that human resources, financial resources and material resources have a significant influence on the efficiency of administrative work. On reading these results, some suggestions were made to the educational community in general.
