dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work is to show the influence of internal communication on the perfomance of Cameroonian companies. Achieving this goal is essential to conducting a qualitative study to better understand and explain this feature the communication. We then proceeded to analyze the data collected using a questionnaire distributed to all the staff of the FALC general management. This analysis shows satisfactory results according to which the implementation of internal communication contributes significantly to the reduction in performance and to the expected result. In light these results, we recommend that business leaders adopt and integrate internal communication into their communication strategies in order to remain attentive to employees and increase satisfactory performance.fr_FR
