Résumé: Despite many measures that have been taken by the Cameroonian state to promote the development of positive behaviours among teachers during their work, by placing them at the centre of the quality of education in our education system, we are demented to see that the rate of absenteeism among contracted teachers is increasing considerably. Thus this deleterious and counterproductive behaviour can be explained by the emergence of organizational justice which is deteriorating more and more. From then on, there is the problem of the lack of involvement in the work among contracted teachers. In an attempt to make a contribution to solving this problem, a questionnaire consisting of two scales (Roy's Organizational Justice Scale, 2010 and the Work Involvement Scale of Allen-Meyer, 1991), was developed and administered to a global subseed of 75 contracted teachers from the city of Yaounde (n -25 x 3 N-75). The data processed and the results obtained can be a support that can help the State, education partners and school leaders who reflect on the strategies to be implemented to stimulate work involvement among contracted teachers.
