dc.description.abstractMalnutrition is à phenomenon that is causing ravage in the entire globe. Cameroon is not exempted from this illness. This present work put to evidence, the existence of malnutrition in the one of Ngaoundéré, thus with multiple causes, would know it limits at à simple cereals deficit or to economic questions.to this effect, it is important to note that, the sociocultural factors equally exist, object of our research. Also, on the question to know which sociocultural factors explains persistence of acute malnutrition in infants 06- 59 moths in the urban district of Ngaoundéré. We expressed the principal hypothesis to which many sociocultural factors are at the base of persistence infant’s malnutrition in the town of Ngaoundéré. To this effect, two theories were mobilized to permit us analyzed the different factors in the said town. To know, the social representation theory of Emile DURKHEIM and analyzed strategy of Michel CROZIER and Erhard FRIEDBERG. The present results were obtained from our field work observations, investigations, group discussions, from mothers whose infants were affected (taken care of by the PPCIMA), resource persons and from the quantities methods. After the analysis, the compressibility that malnutrition is à construct phenomenon around many sociocultural factors notably: age, level of instruction, financial revenue, children sex, furthermore, the behavior of those at risk in regards with breastfeeding and feeding. The care techniques given and the mothers awareness or knowledge as to malnutrition. Lastly, the different therapeutics appeals and many construct methods around the prevention of the endogenous. These different factors influence the behavior and feeding habits and also the way of life of the urban population of Ngaoundéré. This explains the recurrence of malnutrition.fr_FR
