Résumé: In order to bring our contribution to the improvement of administrative information management techniques in companies in general, and in parastatals in particular, our work focused on "The management of information and administrative performance work: Study applied to the South regional station of CRTV ”. To do this, we have structured it in two parts. The first concerned the conceptual framework. Here, it was about developing the theoretical elements on information management and administrative work, as well as the relationship between the two. The second part dwelled on the operating framework. This allowed us to present the study framework, the data collection tool and finally the influence of information management on administrative work. The methodology used was that of quantitative analysis. Our sample consisted of employees of the South regional station of CRTV, and we used the questionnaire to collect the opinions of the respondents. Two study hypotheses were made and the questionnaires analyzed automatically using SPSS 10.0 software, which were tested using chi-square and confirmed. This allowed us to conclude that good information management and good administrative organization make administrative work efficient in companies. Hence the proposal to purchase more efficient technological equipment, the material organization of the work environment and the precision of the tasks of the employees.
