Our research theme is entitled “professionalization of teaching and socio-professional integration of young people: case of the faculty of agronomy and agricultural sciences of Ebolowa”. This subject poses one of major problems of the Cameroonian education system. Indeed, we have observed with in FASA that despite the initiatives and strategies of the Cameroonian government relating to the support of professional graduates appoints: FNE, the PED, and the CNJ…, the latter still have the difficulties of socio-professional integration. In addition to this, you need to know more about it. Thus, to support our analyzes, we have used the story of human capital which states that initial training is an investment that must be profitable. To try to scientifically analyze this problem, we asked the following research question: what explains why in Cameroon, despite the support policies for young graduates, the latter still face the increased problem of socio-professional integration? From this general hypothesis, two specific hypotheses have arisen: The socio-professional integration difficulties of young people trained are said to be due to a lack of initiative on their part; the lack of funding specific to the project of young professionals could justify their difficulties in socio-professional integration. In addition to this, you need know more about it. Indeed, the interview guide submitted to ex-student of FASA allowed us to obtain the following results: The socio-professional integration difficulties of young people trained are said to be due both to a lack of initiative on their go; than the lack of funding specific to the projects. This scientific verification led us to confirm the general hypothesis, minus the confirmation of our specific hypothesis.en_US
