Résumé: The manipulation of information in its universality is a subject of great concern for organizations; their recent activity is linked to the combination of two factors: the unprecedented capacities of rapid dissemination and validity offered by the internet and social networks, coupled with the crisis of confidence in our societies and which devalues public speech, going so far as to relativize the very notion of truth. It can be defined as the international and massive dissemination of false or biased news for hostile ends. The objective of this study is to show that the manipulation of information distorts the truth and promotes erroneous decision-making. The problem is: To what extent does the manipulation of information influence decision-making? Therefore, what danger can manipulation of information exert on decision-making? Or again, what are the mechanisms for combating disinformation? To answer this problem, we used the qualitative approach and as a data collection technique, the interview. The aim of our work would therefore be firstly, to present the conceptual and theoretical framework of the manipulation of information and of decision making, secondly, to analyze the methodological and practical framework of the research. Ebolowa 1 and of Ebolowa 2. It appears that the manipulation of information is the denaturalization of true information, and that this manipulation influences decision-making, leading these organizations to develop mechanisms to fight against disinformation.
