Utilisation des supports d’information et efficacité de la communication administrative : Etude appliquée à CAMTEL et à la CNPS d’Ebolawa.

Abstract

The research which we carried out is entitled “use of the supports of information and effectiveness of the administrative communication: study applied to CAMTEL”. The objective for us is to show to what extent the efficient use of information media influences the effectiveness of administrative communication. More precisely, it is a question of showing how the simultaneous use of the paper medium and the digital medium is a major asset to the administrative performance. To achieve this objective, we conducted a qualitative study which is intended to collect non-quantifiable elements, it focuses on its openness and flexibility by allowing people to express their opinions, points of view and experiences but also a quantitative study. The analysis of the data collected allowed us to verify our main proposition and to conclude that the use of a single information medium in an obstacle to the productivity of the company. In addition, this analysis allowed us to understand that the combined use of information media is an element to be taken into account in our current society for administrative communication in an organization to be effective. And finally, we made suggestions for government, staff and business leaders.
