dc.description.abstractThe issue of teleworking has become a major concern of organization nowadays and especially in view of the health crisis that is shaking the world in general .thus, this thesis aimed to show how factors internal and external to the organization can constitute a handicap to the integration of telework by companies in the telephony sector in Cameroon .to achieve this a methodology based on an inductive approach was adopted based on a qualitative approach we collected data through a questionnaire accompanied by an interview guide from15 executives from both Cameroon telecommunications and mobile telephone networks Cameroon the use of its data has revealed the absence of a legal framework that governs the exercise of this innovative form of work ,ignorance, the absence of telematics equipment ,the lack of adaptation to I.C.T, lack of human resources lack of confidence of business leaders in employees .in view of its results, suggestions were made for the development of teleworking within its structures.fr_FR
