Résumé: The present study, whose theme is: "social climate and organizational performance of public services: Case of the Documentation Center and Archives of the Ministry of Public Works", aims to show that a serene social climate contributes to better performance organizational structure of published services. To carry out this work, we adopted a hypothetico-deductive methodological approach. Thus after a literature review on the different theoretical concepts of our theme, the different variables were operationalized. A survey was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to CDA managers and staff. The established research hypothesis assumed that the social climate significantly influences the organizational performance of public services. The empirical study focused on analyzing the impact of a good social climate on organizational performance. Our attention was focused on appreciating the nature of the social climate and on the evolution of organizational performance. The results obtained from the statistical tables corroborate the idea of a friendly social climate from CDA to MINTP and the organizational performance of this mixed structure. The verification tests of specific hypotheses 1 and 2 carried out through the analysis of the structural equations being validated, we therefore corroborate our general hypothesis by specifying that: the social climate positively and significantly influences the public services of ministry of Publics Works of Cameroon organizational performance. Therefore, faced with the shortcomings mentioned, we recommended suggestions on organizational services, corporate culture, those on the communication of strategic objectives, the development of the job profile, mentoring to improve staff integration.
