Résumé: | The economic and financial crises of recent decades have had negative effects on the functioning of companies, especially large ones, the inclusion of very small companies (VSEs) is rather recent. The VSE is a structure with a workforce of between one and ten employees (Rofe, 1998) consisting mainly of apprentices and a family workforce. The seriousness of the financing problems in which micro-businesses are plunged paradoxically coexist with a cash-based banking sector and the proliferation of a rapidly changing business category, namely hairdressing salons. Our main concern is to know: what is the contribution of financing methods to the creation of value within very small businesses? The main objective of our study is to put into perspective the contribution of each mode of financing to the creation of value within TPE. To achieve these objectives, we used a qualitative approach accompanied by data modes and tools and an interview guide with five VSEs in the city of Yaoundé. From this analysis, two modes of financing emerge, namely: equity and tontines, and the modes of financing by equity have a positive influence on the creation of value. However, following the difficulties encountered by its very small businesses, we recommend that managers register with the RCCM, keep accounts, do good management and that the government reduce the tax rate. |
