dc.description.abstractThis research aims is to understand the role of internal communication in improving employee performance at work, whether during a normal period or during a change in a company. Indeed, a theoretical study supplemented by empirical research on 100 individuals working in the parapublic sector allowed us to verify our various hypotheses formulated on the basis of our research. The various results obtained show a significant link between internal communication and employee performance in organizations in general and thus demonstrate the existence of a relationship of dependence between our different variables for the proper functioning of companies through communicational, technical and managerial implications of actors in the organizational world.en_US
