Résumé: The present wok is entitled: //Nyôré// « esprit des ancêtres » et thérapie du //m’baka’â// « malédiction » chez les Sanaga du Mbam et Kim Cameroun : approche anthropologique. It is a question of proceeding to a meticulous description of a rite of encounter and exchanges between the dead and the living in the Ossananga communities, which is supposed to provide well-being to human beings. The rite is understood as a rescue of the living when they are faced with vital difficulties; there are tribulations such as diseases, infertility, premature death that persist. The apprehension of this troubled situation was made by its management in the field of Cultural Anthropology more precisely in the field of religion. The question is that of the relationship between the //Nyôré// and the //m’baka’â//. The main research question is: What is the relationship between //Nyôré// and the //m’baka’â// in mbam sociocultures? This question has given rise to a hypothesis that is: The relationship between the //Nyôré// and the //m’baka’â// is that, the //Nyôré// is a rite of restoration of the vital force of the human being in the sociocultures of the mbam. Objectives have been developed to better understand this topic and the main one is to: Determine the relationship between the //Nyôré// and the rites in the sociocultures of the Mbam. For the collection of primary and secondary data and their analysis, we used the qualitative method with its techniques and tools. Interpretation required a theoretical framework built on the basis of principles and certain theories such as the functionalist and some principles of African epistemology. At the end of this investigation, it follows that the //Nyôré// is a rite of communication and communion between the dead and the living. It is multifunctional, with a mythical origin and plural foundations. The //Nyôré// is a total social fact perceived as macrocosm, having as microcosm the family or clan group, whose microcosm would be the singular individual. So, it's a spirit; which allows; exchange, reconciliation, reassurance, purification and mutual aid between the dead and the living in the sociocultures of the Mbam.
