Corruption and poor governance are both political, economic and socio-cultural evils that undermine inter-citizen ties, sell off the political economy, undermine institutions and the crisis of governmentality and the failure of state institutions have endogenous and exogenous causes. These evils are a function of the external dynamics, in this case the avatars of colonization, neocolonization and long before, slavery and the slave trade. Inside, the bad faith of the local political elite who hypocritically militate for the plunder of the continent. As a result, French-speaking Africa in its sub-Saharan part remains a vassalage of the West. Thus, around the criminal relationship that citizens have with the State and by means of the analytical-critical method used, this work proposes palliative solutions in order to save French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa from the yoke of Western imperialism and the internal domination of its populations by the governing elite and other managers, providers and agents of corrupt public affairs and services. To achieve this, we believe it is necessary for governments and citizens to be educated in the ethics of good governance, cultivate a sense of the common good and respect for the rule of Law. This trajectory advocated by Lucien Ayissi brings progress and social justice in a global and sustainable way.fr_FR
