Résumé: | The present research has a theme “Teachers efficacy and efficiency and acquisition of knowledge in mathematical for students of class 5 and class 6 of primary schools of the 7th subdivision in N’Djamena town”. In the cause of this cork, it is to study the impact of the efficiency of teachers on the acquisition of knowledge by class 5 and class 6 students of primary schools in primary schools and identify the different characteristics of an efficient teacher who can influence or not the studies of primary students. In fact, we will establish our reflection on a problem on which the primary students of the 7th subdivision have not acquired knowledge in mathematics. As such, the problem faced this study is: impact efficiency teachers on the acquisition of knowledge in mathematics by students of class 5 and class 6 of primary schools in N’djamena town. From this arises a question of research which follows: Teachers efficiency has by class 5 and class 6 primary students in the 7th subdivision in N’djamena town? To understand this problem a general hypothesis is emphasized: Teachers efficiency has an impact on the acquisition of mathematical knowledge by class 5 and class 6 students of primary schools in N’Djamena town. We have made our choice on qualitative method and the utilization of a maintenance guide to collect data. We have done the maintenance with twelve “12” maintained from which we count 4 teachers, 8 students from which 4 from class 5 and 4 from class 6 in the pedagogic inspection “C” of the 7th subdivision of N’Djamena, precisely in Leprosaria A and B schools. Our entire hypothesis is valid which let us glimpse that teachers efficiency has an impact on the acquisition of knowledge in mathematics by class5 and class 6 students of primary schools in the 7th subdivision of N’Djamena town. |
