This dissertation is entitled "Management of parents' teachers and commitment to work: a study carried out among primary schools in the district of Nganha'a." Thus, it shows whether the management of parents' teachers, whose numbers increase each year, For this reason, our work has emerged with four research questions, including one main and three secondary. The main one is to know: to what extent does the management of parents' teachers influence their work commitments? This question retains as the main factor the management of parents' teachers and their commitments to work. It is therefore the decomposition of the main factor that gives rise to the formulation of research questions, which are: To what extent does the system of recruitment of parents' teachers’ impact on their commitment to work? How does the remuneration of parents of students influence their commitment to work? How does the profile of parents' teachers influence their commitment to work? The research questions give rise to three specific hypotheses. It is a question of showing that all these factors affect the education of the qualities of the masters of the parents. The rest of the work presents the purpose, interests, and limitations of the study. The theoretical framework not only made it possible to understand the subject through a critical review of the literature, which consisted of presenting the different themes of the subject, The critical analysis of the concepts, on the other hand, allowed the mastery of the concepts of the review, and finally, the theories of references were used in order to explain the research work. The theoretical framework presented puts an end to the first part of the work. The second part, on the other hand, was based on chapters such as the methodological framework, which consists of operationalizing the hypothesis of the study. The operating framework presents five aspects, which are, among others, the data collection instrument, the validity of the research instrument, the population, the sample size, and the sampling technique of the study. The presentation of the data, the analysis of the data, as well as the verification of the hypotheses, the interpretations, and the discussion of the results show the correlation that exists between the management of the parents' teachers and the commitment to work, on the one hand and on the other. On the other hand, the reference theories explain the research hypotheses. The research was based on a sample of 24 parent teachers, 14 primary school principals, and 10 parent representatives. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software with the use of simple regression. We concluded that socio-professional and pedagogical commitment, demotivation, continuing education, professional internships, and self-education influence the management of parents' teachers in primary schools. This made it possible to validate the general hypothesis and draw the conclusion that the work management of parents' teachers affects their commitment.en_US
