Résumé: The theme of this study is: Evaluation of the performance of the project to promote the quality of basic education in Chad: a study carried out in the region of Moyen-Chari (Sarh). This research has for hypothesis the Proqueb project has achieved the objectives assigned to it at its creation and for specific hypotheses the proqueb has made it possible to improve the quality of basic education in the Moyen-Chari region; the project has improved the functioning of schools (schooling conditions, teaching resources, teacher training, innovative teaching tools); Proqueb has developed community literacy to support children's schooling and develop professional opportunities; the project strengthened the chain of supervision of schools by training all actors by setting up monitoring and management units in the education and youth delegations (DREJ). For the methodology we have the quantitative and qualitative method. For data collection, we definitely had an accessible population of 76, a project manager, four local authorities and sixty-eight parents for a sample of one hundred individuals. The questionnaire and the interview guide that allowed us to collect the data. The main results obtained: For the modality questioning the improvement of the quality the Average obtained: 1.4703; For the modality questioning strengthening of schools, the Average was obtained: 1.5776; For the modality questioning the development of literacy in communities to support children's schooling and the development of professional opportunities The average obtained: 1.70088; And for the final modality questioning the strengthening of the chain of supervision of educational establishments and the establishment of monitoring and management units in the delegations of education and youth, the Average gives: 1.54338.
