The care of people with COVID-19 within the structures is entrusted to a multidisciplinary team grouped together in a therapeutic committee. To achieve optimal care, it should meet the recommended quality standards. This is why our study proposes to analyze the quality of care for patients with COVID-19 in the health area of the Emana district, more specifically at the CSIE through an evaluation of the influence of the conduct of CSIE health staff on the quality of care for COVID-19 patients. This work proposes in a global way to study the influence of the behavior of CSIE staff on the quality of the PEC of COVID-19 patients in the émana health area. Specifically, these are; to measure the degree of influence of CSIE staff's attitude on the quality of care of COVID-19 patients and to measure the degree of influence of CSIE staff's practical experience on the quality of care of COVID patients -19. To approach the object of our subject, we used primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected using a questionnaire and the interview guide while the secondary data came from the documentation. Statistical processing of the data was done using SPSS version 17.0 software and the chi-square method. The validation of our hypotheses thanks to the Chi-square test as well as the contingency coefficient allowed us to reach the conclusion that the conduct of CSIE staff has an influence on the quality of the PEC of COVID-19 patients. Moreover, some observed factors could have a significant influence on the quality of this PEC. These include frequent interruptions in treatment and financial difficulties which constitute an obstacle for poor patients and prevent them from being able to access CEP structures. The undernourishment of some patients in connection with these financial difficulties does not allow them regular treatment. Sometimes, the negligence and the lack of seriousness of certain patients lead to a discontinuation of treatment. Wanting to improve the quality of this PEC would mainly provide solutions to all these problems.fr_FR
