Résumé: Land access is formed in the center of concerns around the world. It is a challenge, humanity faces. Man is attached to the land as a support for life. This support is a valuable good for the whole company that needs it. Social groups have developed written rules or not to specify the use, sharing and transmission of this property Among all. Agro-pastoral conflicts are phenomena that the majority of African countries are encountered. This conflict between farmers and farmers in Chad and more precisely in the canton of Gadjibian has various origins, which has led serious consequences in the study area. The causes of this conflict are: the weather conditions of the favorable environment, demographic pressure and the pressure on land resources, the constant migration of the breeders, the unficulated transhumance corridors, appropriation of land by force, the fields by the concrete, the fields of farmers in the corrosion corridors and the struggles around natural resources (pasture, water etc.). These problems have the effect of: the degradation of the natural environment, the loss of human and animal life, the destruction of material goods etc. However, the resources of the existences and strategies were determined to combat land-based conflicts in the Gadjibian canton. Effective strategies have been envisaged to combat intercommual conflicts. Its strategies are to strengthen conflict settlement methods by the different actors (traditional authorities, mediation committees, administrative and military authorities etc.), with sustainable strategies in struggles against agro-pastoral conflicts in the study area. To reach the desired results, a methodology based on a hypothetico-deductive approach, which is to issue assumptions that are verified on the ground and at the same time involve the target population in the procedures for collecting information. This information are two phases: secondary source data and primary sources.
