This research entitled "la formation linguistique et le marché de l‘emploi: une analyse lexico-sémantique‘ was conducted among master 1 students. Our first remark is that most students who graduated from the department of Bilingual Studies do not succeed in finding a job. Thus, we noticed that the training is not oriented toward the lexico-semantic level. The issue raised by the topic is the fact that most students who graduated from the department were hoping to get a job easily at the end of the academic training. Unfortunately, the job market has its realities. In this light, we came up with the following research questions: what estimate can be made of the level of mastery of program content in the Bilingual Studies department? What innovations can be envisaged on the lexico-semantic level of teaching and learning? Similarly, do master 1 students have a satisfactory command of lexical and semantic features? The objective of this work is to suggest an estimate of the level of mastery of the students. To achieve our objective, our research was designed both students and lecturers. As far the data collection is concerned, a questionnaire made up of multiple –choice questions and open-ended questions were addressed to 60 students. Likewise, we held an interview with five lecturers of the departments. As concerns the theories, the main used in this work is that of the human capital. The results obtained at the end of this research reveal that the master‘s degree students are mostly satisfied with the courses that resolve around lexis and semantics are crucial. Moreover, most students express a great satisfaction with regard to non-standard fields. Therefore, as the main recommendation, the Department of Bilingual Studies should increase its collaboration with structures that employ graduates.fr_FR
