Résumé: | Our subject of study is entitled: “ Modes of scaffolding organization and development of oral language in children aged 6 years”. Focused on cognitive development, it mainly aims to understand how the modes of scaffolding organization, through the process of progression, al-low the development of oral language in children aged 6 years. To achieve this, a specialized literature is constituted around the central themes of this study. As part of this perspective, it is illuminated by Vygotsky’s (1978) modes of scaffolding organization. This gave us the oppor-tunity to look at difficulty of oral language in 6-year-old children in relation to the ways in which scaffolding is organized. This study was carried out with 5 teachers with nearly 30 years of experience and 10 Cameroonian children aged 6 from the city of Yaoundé III, of both sexes, attending primary school. Data were collected using the interview guide for information on scaffolding methods, and Deltour’s battery (2001) for information related to oral language. Af-ter processing the data by thematic analysis of the content, it shows that the view of others, especially tutors and adults, will have important influence on how to learn oral language. |
