The research we conducted is entitled: "Quality assurance in higher education in chad and the quality of training among students of public universities. The case of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of N'djamena-Chad". The study aims to solve the problem of employability of young graduates. Three theories have been mobilized in the framework of this research, namely: Goldratt's theory of constraint (1984), Locke's theory of goal-setting (1968) and Adams' theory of equity (1995). Based on this problem, the following main question guided our reflection: Does quality assurance in higher education in Chad influence the quality of training among students in the Faculty of Education? The anticipated answer that follows from this question constituted our general hypothesis, which is stated as follows: HG: Quality assurance in higher education in Chad influences the quality of training among students in the Faculty of Education. The operationalization of this general hypothesis has made it possible to obtain four research hypotheses formulated as follows: HR1: The infrastructure of the quality of education influences the learning of students in the Faculty of Education. HR2: The Education Program influences the learning of students in the Faculty of Education. HR3: Training equipment influences the learning of students in the Faculty of Education HR4: Quality control of training influences the learning of students in the Faculty of Education. These hypotheses were tested using the Chi-square test after surveying a sample of 200 students. As the above results show so well, HR1, HR2, HR3 AND HR4 were confirmed with high contingency coefficients: C= 0.41 for HR1 C= 0.63 for HR2 C= 0.38for HR3 C= 0.42for HR4 In the end, the general hypothesis of this research was validated. We can therefore conclude that quality assurance in higher education in Chad influences the quality of training among students in the Faculty of Education.en_US
