Résumé: For more than two decades, the education’s world has been enriched by several technopedagogical concepts and technological principles which have proposed theories, practices, methods and tools for optimizing training in universities. In Cameroon, the integration of NICTs into professional teaching in the Master level has experienced rapid growth, precisely in cartography and geographic information systems in the geography department. The structural framework, budgetary needs, training methods, professional motivations, technical specificities, technological requirements, theoretical principles, technopedagogical practices and necessary human resources contribute to developing specific technopedagogical and professional skills among and by teachers and students in cartography assisted by adapted hypermedia. Interrogations of technopedagogy and professionalization in digital cartography arise regarding the mutual development of technological, technical and professional skills among teachers and students. The literature offers theories, methods, practices and instruments which contribute to developing and appropriating strategies, approaches, toolboxes, arrangements and techno-pedagogical devices in the exercise of the profession of cartomatics teacher and in the training of young cartographers and geographers. Consequently, we wonder about the determinants of the collaborative and cooperative construction of collective and individual skills among students and teachers in hypermedia cartography at the geography department of the University of Yaoundé I. Our exploratory study aims to study the necessary device and arrangement for the interactive development of techno-pedagogical skills for training in cartomatics and CAD in a professional Master's degree in cartography, remote sensing and GIS; to establish a specialized and specific repository of categories of technological, technical and professional expertise among and by trainers and learners.
