Résumé: The subject of this research is entitled “Cameroon-UNICEF cooperation: Tne case of assistance to young girls in the Adamaoua region from 1993 to 2022". Therefore, this work raises the problem of actions, of the involvement of UNICEF in partnership with Cameroon in the protection of the rights of young girls in the Adamaoua region. Thus the problem emerges: What are the strategies and assistance actions of UNICEF in cooperation with Cameroon with regard to young girls in Adamawa? In other words, the objective of this work is to show how UNICEF assists girls in the protection of their rights in Adamawa. As a result of its efforts, it appears that the relationship between Cameroon and UNICEF dates back to Independence and takes an institutional framework which united them in action in 1993 and the start of cooperation programs in 1995. The program protection enabled the creation of the child protection platform, FOJEFAD, the 3+ youth Initiative, and also the promotion of intergenerational dialogue. All this resulted in the consideration of the voice of girls and the benefit of free birth certificates, which reduced the rate of pre-marital marriage and violence based on women in Adamaoua. The education program has enabled the improvement of girls' schooling and promoted equity, it has also promoted the quality of education with donations of school suppliers and digital tools, training in digital teaching for quality education, the creation of schools and the creation of non-formal schools. Thanks to the Education For All program and the establishment of children's government in Adamaoua, the attendance rate of young girls has increased. The health program has reduced diseases including HIV/ AIDS, Malaria, Covid-19, child mortality has been reduced thanks to health care strategies with the provision of donations including protection kits, mosquito nets, vaccines and medicines. The nutrition program for its part has reduced the rate of malnutrition suffered by early childhood in Adamaoua thanks to the provision of food supplements, notably vitamin A in the locality of Djohong and Ngaoundere, the provision of the Sanitation and Hygiene for All project by UNICEF has improved hygiene and nutritional quality of the young girl in Adamawa
