dc.description.abstract | Unlike a classic map which is static in nature, the school map is an instrument which gives a prospective and dynamic vision of what the educational service should be in the future with its equipment, its premises and its teachers in order to allow the implementation of educational policies . It therefore aims to match the demand and supply of education while comparing the existing situation with the available resources and the estimate of future needs. They are therefore determined on the basis of the strategic choices of educational policies, the internal dynamics of the education system and economic, demographic and environmental changes. The implementation of this exercise sometimes encounters technical and management difficulties, which in why there are disparities in the allocation of teaching staff within Cameroonian territory. Hence our research problem: What is the relationship between the school map and the imbalance of human resources in Yaoundé. The objective of this research is therefore to analyze the relationship between the school map and the imbalance in the distribution of human resources in Yaoundé. For this, a dual method was used, namely: the hypothetic-deductive approach and field surveys. This allowed us to verify the hypothesis that the school map affects the allocation of human resources in Yaoundé. This poor allocation is not without consequences on the way of working. It would therefore be at the origin of the aggravation of the problem of waste of labor. Despite the fact that internal actors are trying to solve this problem on the ground, administrative officials should make better use of the human resources available in order to promote quality education for all. Many suggestions have been made following this observation, to enable the reduction of regional disparities in the distribution of teaching staff. | fr_FR |
