From Greek antiquity to modernity, human beings have been driven by a firm and fervent desire to gain access to the best political organization. This aspiration has favourized the training, the deployment and the destination of the policies that the peoples have voluntarily given themselves. Monarchy, dictatorship, tyranny and oligarchy have destroyed more than they have served the people. Their bad practices made men more determined to seek better political governance. Numerous political revolutions have resulted in the institution of democracy. Greek antiquity experienced the political greatness of the Athenian thanks to the democratic regime because it was the regime of equal rights and human dignity. Later, modern states thought they had found in democracy the best political regime because its principles seem to value man. Only democracy has generated more evils than it brings happiness. Instead of being an emanation of local people, it wants to impose itself on all people and states. It is a political regime based on capitalist ideology whose axes are the domination, exploitation, instrumentalization and destruction of states. It is at the origin of conflicts, wars, deviations and pseudo-values. Terrorism and Jihadism are perceived as political, cultural and institutional reactions to democratic colonialism. Globalization, transhumanism, algorithm and digital are generated to facilitate the westernization of democratic imperialism. In Africa, Asia, the near and the middle East, we are witnessing a disorganization and even a destruction of political power. It appears that a political regime has not been the best of all. Nevertheless, we have discovered that demo-aristocracy presents itself today as the best regime because education and ethical culture dispose to build general happiness. It values man and establishes the general interest. It is a regime whose motivations, deployment and purpose seek the intellectual, moral, social and spiritual excellence of citizens.en_US
