Résumé: This thesis is to scrutinize the epistemology inward and outward of politicY dualism as well as globalization to Hannah Arendt. In her view conceptual, policy force is nonsense due to the space created between human being. However, Hannah Arendt précises that when the politics faces with difficulties, it undergoes problems of globalization of capitalism policy and liberalism, people can understand why Juive German philosopher, it is liberty and the human plurality which found the basis structural and architectonic of the politics. The modernity must be refounded this means, the second of the human plurality when it takes into consideration the identity, the difference, the collectivity is the condition of each political action. After this analysis, if the globalization considered policy not only as a type of obstacle of national policy but also like a process which functions normally with the culture, the society and finance. Then, we are right to wonder on its real impact in the construction of the constitution of the world where men might live far from ontologic interaction. In order to give answer to this question, Hannah Arendt sustains this thesis: the globalization must avoid other types of issues, to create big society which enables Germany to install Antisemitism and Nazism. As result, we take into consideration the liberty, the interconnection of peoples and nations which can lead to pluralism “ontologico-constitutionnel” as the sample of policy, without forgeting that it is the worldwide common space of life.
