In other words, international health organizations have become increasingly involved in improving the living conditions of populations in order to reduce as much as possible the suffering and deaths linked to low income not only in the country, but also of the populations of the Department of Mayo- Tsanaga. This is undoubtedly the reason why the analysis of this problem led us to structure our work in four chapters. First, we analyzed in depth the health situation in the Department of Mayo-Tsanaga, and the foundations of the interventions of international organizations which allowed us to observe, the populations of the Department live in a precarious state of health and its confronted to many difficulties; and to note that the Cameroonian legal framework allows the proper functioning of NGOs in Cameroon. This, thanks to this favorable framework, and a chain organization of collaboration with the State of Cameroon and their various resources, which allowed them to function properly. Then, it proved essential to show the health actions carried out by NGOs in the prevention of the fight against numerous diseases. Thus, the various combined efforts have enabled NGOs to take beneficial actions with the aim of improving the health conditions of the populations. However, in carrying out its activities, NGOs encountered difficulties, which had a negative impact on the achievement of their objectives and projected results. However, in these wakes, NGOs have proposed plans to continue their activities, especially in areas where their presence is essential to significantly enable health development.
