Résumé: This thesis that falls within the framework of the diffusion and circulation of life performance, demonstrates that cultural infrastructures contribute to the implementation and organization process of the cultural industry. Furthermore, this study reveals that the development of the cultural and artistic action is presented like a moving train on two rails. The first rail is established on the creation and production of artworks and the blossoming of artistic talents. As for the second rail, which is dependent on the first, on its part depends on the follow up and supervisory modalities of the cultural product (life performances). In effect, the dynamics of the construction and multiplication of cultural teams leads to the circulation of artistic creativity. The latter give a meaning to life performances as well as to the different related professions. This therefore indicates that the systemic action of the organization and functioning of the two rails induces a cultural and artistic vitality. On the other hand, the dysfunctioning observed in a rail can have spillover effects on the other. It is thus under this framework that this research work entitled, «Leisure spaces in the dynamics of a cultural industry in Cameroon" is founded. This work examines the impact of the receptacles of performing arts in the implementation process of a cultural industry in Cameroon. The demonstration of this objective is conceived on the bases of the problem of a poor distribution, exploitation and profitability network of life performances, hindering the profitability of artistic products as well as the emergence of a cultural industry in Cameroon. To better analyze this problem, a methodological approach permitted us to combine the exploitation of written, iconographic, and oral sources via reading of books, field works, interviews and study trips. Data collected were analyzed following the principles of contents analysis. Descriptive, analytical and collaborative approaches were equally exploited in order to explain and understand the tryptic cultural infrastructures, cultural product and cultural industry. Research carried out led to the obtention of some results of which the main was the poor circulation network caused by the absence of professional cultural equipment which does not foster the profitability of cultural products, be it quality or quantity wise. These results led to the constitution of orientations based on the positioning and referencing of the cultural industry, following a reframing of the systematization of the physiognomy of cultural infrastructures in the city of Yaounde.
