Exploitation des ressources touristiques et développement des infrastructures d’hébergement dans l’Arrondissement de Mbalmayo

Abstract

The theme of this research has for main object the development of the infrastructures of accommodation in the borough of Mbalmayo. The low contribution of the exploitation of tourist resources on the emergence of a class of competitive hotel conforms to international standards being the central problem of our work, the objective tries to dwell on the formulation of the necessary suggestions to the development of the sector of the accommodation which may constitute avenues of solution for this sector headlight of the tourist industry. For this a number of assumptions are issued to justify the inconsistencies between these two variables, among them, the proximity with Yaoundé. A methodological approach based on a quantitative and qualitative data collection preceded by a review of literature and meetings with the resource persons, has allowed us to conduct a study in systemic approach. The results of this research have led us to achieve a certain number of conclusions among which the negative influence of the growth of the capital Yaounde on its Cities devices. The adequate solutions to this problem are according to our study the synergy between the actors involved in the sectors of the accommodation and tourist resources, synergy which is manifested by an investment attraction strategy which are cruelly lacking in this sector of the accommodation.
