Résumé: Our study aims at valorising the cultural heritage of people of Fussep (C.H.P.F) as lever for local development. It starts from the report accord to which the C.H.P.F is underexploited and contributes a little to local development. Our objective is to make proposals in order to better valorise this cultural heritage in order to develop the tourism activity in our area. To better carry out our analysis we adopt as methodological approach the systemic approch. For this reason, we made rase of questionnaires, interview guides, litterature review and tools of geography. It result from our analysis that the C.H.P.F in Bafoussam I is diversified, but less valorised. Several stakeholders interverne in this process of valorisation. They are notably traditonal authorities that play a great role in this valorisation. However, the current level of valorisation does not enable this cultural heritage to effectively contribute to local development due to the advent of several obstacles prominent among which are the weak synergy between the stakeholders and the less dynamism of the population. As such, for an optimal valorisation of the C.H.P.F, its recommended that different actors look in symbiosis. This will ensure an efficient valorisation of this cultural heritage and thus contribute to the local development of the community
