Résumé: | The collective awareness of the communities to preserve and enhance their heritage is at the origin of unprecedented competition between the communities. Each community wants to differentiate itself from others by proposing an original image and sufficiently attractive. With its rich cultural potentials, the Mbam and Inoubou can glimpse of better prospects for the future. The unhappy, the department is unable to take advantage of its potential and to impose itself as a genuine tourist destination of or the interest of this work. To analyze this problem, we have opted for an approach hypothetico-deductive approach which has allowed us to issue the hypothesis that the tourist valorization of the cultural heritage of the Mbam and Inoubou can promote the development of cultural tourism and the well-being of local populations. The verification of this hypothesis has been possible thanks to the field investigations conducted on a sample of 120 people, interviews with the managers of the tourist businesses and local authorities. The analysis of the results of land to revealed the existence of a rich cultural potential likely to be valued. We have subsequently; found that the structural deficiencies, natural and financial resources hinder its implementation in value and its exploitation. In the perspective of promoting local development and the reappropriation of sociocultural values by the populations, we have proposed a strategic approach based Participatory on the synergies of actions and the pooling of the efforts of all stakeholders for a sustainable tourism in the Mbam and Inoubou. |
