Our workisintitled « l‟expression de la fangitude dans Les Chauves-souris de Bernard NANGA : essai d‟analyse ethnostylistique». As such, we study the notion of fangitèmes from the perspective of the ethnostylistic approach. Our topic raises the problem of the influence of sociocultural markers in a work of literature. That is the reason why our work is carried out through the hypothesis that the ethnostylistic analysis of our corpus could enable to justify the influence of the cultural and linguistic peculiarities combined in the in the literary work. This is done through a study of fangitèmes. To successfully carry out our investigation, we focus on ethnostylistic as theoretical framework. We have drawn the conclusion that the study of a literary work or the understanding of a text in the teaching/learning process should not be limited to the structure of the text but it should go beyond. As a matter of fact, some sociocultural markers do favour, unavoidably, a better understanding of the work. From the the epistemological point of view, this study enables us to come up with ground for ethnostylistic glossary through the emergence of expressions like “fangitèmes and fangitude”.fr_FR
