Our work entails « the learning of social writings : for the administrative letter in the class of the first cycle students 3e » to inscribe in the didactic field of writing and has a goal to evaluate the competence of communication so that the students at the end of the first cycle with the problem of preparing their social and professional insertion in future towards the teaching of learning which is one of the means of social and administrative communication known as the administrative letter. This is to answer the question why the students of the first cycle are incapableto correctly assess an administrative letter, we have pose the hypothesis which the methodology of the comprehension of an administrative letter is not been taught in that class. This justifies the fact that some years later, at the second cycle or superior and even when faced with a professional field they will be incapable of assessing correctly. This can be attributed to be the cause of the difficulties for most students and workers. The learning of the administrative letter is an in deniable importance for each of us. It is then necessary to place solid bases at the end of the first cycle.fr_FR
