dc.description.abstractWe have developed an educational software (we have named it DICOM_3) in chemistry, on the constituents of matter, with the aim of putting at the disposal of form 4 students in secondary mainstream education in Cameroon, an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) , that should allow each student to learn according to his rate , from a constructivist view. In this research, we have used the Nonnon’s research development model, beginning with an initial idea. Our project was designed based on the ADDIE model. A prototype especially demonstrates its representation. Our teach ware illustrates an integration of ICTE to the learning of chemistry in Cameroon.en_US
