To analyze this problem, we have opted for an approach hypothetico-deductive approach which has allowed us to issue the hypothesis that the tourist valorization of the cultural heritage of the Mbam and Inoubou can promote the development of cultural tourism and the well-being of local populations. The verification of this hypothesis has been possible thanks to the field investigations conducted on a sample of 120 people, interviews with the managers of the tourist businesses and local authorities. We have subsequently; found that the structural deficiencies, natural and financial resources hinder its implementation in value and its exploitation. In the perspective of promoting local development and the reappropriation of sociocultural values by the populations, we have proposed a strategic approach based Participatory on the synergies of actions and the pooling of the efforts of all stakeholders for a sustainable tourism in the Mbam and Inoubou.fr_FR
