Résumé: biodiversity inventory of psyllid Insects from Nkoemvone South Region of Cameroon reveal the presence of an undetermined species of Hemiptera Triozidae dependent to Lasiodiscus manii Hook 1686 (Rhamnaceae). This plant (wood) has an interest in manufacturing aspect include furniture, poles, roods javelin... Morphological study and measurements of the fifth stage larva, male and female adult of this psyllid have been done to determine taxonomy andsystematic stratus of this group. Larva stage 5 - body is surrounded with sectasetae which covered the external marging of the body; - flattened larva dorsoventrally; - seven antennal segments; - oval circumanal consisting of a line of wax; - presence of conical arolium. Adults presence of two elongated conical genal cones; - antenna with ten articles (scape, pedicel and 8 flagellomeres) and possess four rhinaries in 2nd, 4th, 6th and 7th flagellomeres; - hind tibia bearing 3 basales spines, 3 inner distals spurs and an outer distal spur; - hind coxa is developed and provided with a meracanthus; - triangular genital plate; - rectangular proctiger in male and triangular proctiger in female; - arched parameres; - distal section of edeagus rectangular, having two external oriented growths. These characters have enabled us to classify the psyllids ofLasiodiscus manii in Trioza genus. The nature of damage to the host plant is the formation of galls on leaves. This galls limit the growth and good development of host plant.
