Résumé: The problem that gives meaning to this study is centered on the difficulty experienced by the young people in the education system to find a job although they have followed for a few years the learning of a trade. It seemed possible that the quality of this learning would be partly or totally responsible for these problems of young people. The research we have undertaken on the systemic approach to apprenticeship training in vocational training and employability of young people in Cameroon has enabled us to understand that this apprenticeship, which is prized by young people as an alternative to classical training, evolves in a difficult environment of a title. These difficulties are partly due to the absence of an organization with visible contours. This is why this sector is invaded by the informal in all points of view. It seemed useful to us to look for ways and means of introducing the engineering of training into learning without shaking the existing. This is how the theory of systemic theory seemed appropriate for our study. F. Muller's (2004) approach to quality of needs, design, and feedback seemed to be the right way to achieve the best results, since it presents a global vision of the problems of learning. To the crucial question: "What are the influences of the systemic approach to learning on the employability of young people? ", We have formulated hypotheses corresponding to the four objectives of the quality demand for training engineering. A questionnaire survey and interview with our target constituents of learners, master craftspersons or trainers and recruiting business leaders, allowed us after rigorous processing of the data and an interpretation of the results to the following conclusion. "There is a significant link between the systemic approach to apprenticeship in vocational training and the employability of young people". This result has a double significance: - It confirms that the approach of the engineering of integrated training in learning is likely to significantly improve the employability of young people - It also confirms that the unconventional environment of apprenticeship is more an asset than an obstacle to the acquisition of the competences essential to the practice of a trade since many young people affirm to adapt better than to the l a feudal school. This research, although limited in space, has enabled us to clarify the readability of decision-makers on the issue, to shed light on the lantern of promoters in the learning sector and on the social players wishing to invest in this sector almost fallow.
