Résumé: | The aim of this thesis is to determine whether there is a relationship between the different perceptions of organizational justice and the level of professional involvement of contract teachers. The issue of fairness and equity remains a major concern for employees. Yet in human resource management, the influence of perceptions of organizational justices on professional involvement has generated very little research. What are the determinants of organizational justice as perceived by the contractual teacher who influence his involvement in work? The answer to this research question examined three variables of organizational justice. These variables are distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice To test our research hypotheses, the study was based on a questionnaire that we administered to a sample of 100 contractual teachers by applying reasoned choice by quotas. Data collected and processed using a chi-square independence test are as follows: HR1: X2Cal (18.463) ≥ X2Lu (16.919), Ha accepted; Which implies that there is a link between the perception of distributive justice and the professional involvement of contract teachers. HR2: X2Cal (17.470) ≥ X2Lu (16.919), Ha accepted; Which implies that there is a link between the perception of procedural justice and the professional involvement of contractual teachers. HR3: X2Cal (20.290) ≥ X2Lu (16.919), Ha accepted; Which implies a link between the perception of interactional justice and the professional involvement of contract teachers These results show that shows that there is a significant link between the perception of organizational justice and the level of professional involvement of contract teachers. There is one variable that must be taken into account: the procedural justice of the research results sheds new light on the theory of organizational justice; In fact it appears that the management of the organization can also find itself in a situation of perception of injustice if the feeling of the management is in a vice between the dissatisfactions and the improvement of the motivation to work. |
