The theme chosen for our project is instituted: "The Database Management System and the efficiency of judicial information: case study applied to the High Court of Mvila". It therefore intends to set up an automated, digitized or electronic document management mode to increase the efficiency of judicial information within the Mvila Court. Indeed, we realized that, today, many institutions have a traditional or manual document management mode, which is not tied to the current contingencies of digitalization where everything is done at the speed of light. Consequently, this mode is a factor which contributes to the judicial slowness and the deterioration of documents or information due to the anachronism of the tools and materials used for these purposes. What should be done to alleviate these ills and increase the efficiency of judicial information? This is the central question of our study. We proposed to answer this question, to set up a DBMS, which is an automated, electronic or digital document management mode. The DBMS offers, on the one hand, as we will see, a solution to the problem of judicial slowness thanks to a diversified management and organization of documents which provides information, collected by the investigating judge during his investigations, more accessible. On the other hand, thanks to its tools and materials, the DBMS reinforces the protection, integrity and confidentiality of the documents identified by the investigating judge.en_US
