dc.description.abstractNowadays, the use of numerical pedagogic resources proves to be a guarantee for the improvement of the quality of teaching-learning across the world. In Africa and particularly in Cameroon, the desire to rope down itself to this deal, is expressed by the booming of the engineering of educational technologies. Educational software programs, although of variable are more and more present in the school environment. However, researches carried out in Cameroon show that the quality of fundamental trainings; in particular French reading does not stop degrading. Also, the report made in classes clears an almost absence of available educational software programs. We ask ourselves the question of how to help primary school teachers in chosing of an educational software program likely to make easier the training of reading.In this direction, a reasoned choice out sample strategy centered in a qualitative research, allows to invite different participants to semi-run discussions. They are: four public schools teachers, therefore one from Chantal Biya’s foundation (FCB) of Memiam at Mbalmayo and three coming from the public school of Angalé at Ebolowa2. These answer question to know on which criteria is based their choice of educational software program. This allows to pass to the riddle pedagogic, technical and ergonomic criteria of educational software program. The interpretation of the results of the analysis of data confirms the urgent need of a referent in choice of an educational software program. In a qualitative / interpretative approach, our step of research development begins with the analysis of some models of estimation of educational software program considered pertinent. In the light of the step of engineering, a model of estimation of educational software program adapted to this sociocultural environment and likely to compensate for the difficulties of the actors of terrain is offered. This research constitutes a sharp addressing of the decision-makers for a redefining of political engineering in favour of innovative practices; an encouragement of the primary school teachers in pedagogic engineering with a view to accomplishing "the plan of reading improvement for an universal sending to school in 2022" (DSSE, 2013).It contributes to the individualization of courses, favouring inclusive education so as the current system of education promotes. The valuation of a pedagogic tool being a process which could not limit itself to its validity, that of an educational software program will be true only after estimation of the impact on trainings.en_US
