School Management of relationships teachers, parents, students and failure at the secondary school; case of Lycée Technique Industrial and Commercial of Yaoundé. The objective of our study is to establish the relation between school management and the causes of failure in secondary school. In this effect, we have formulated a problematic which the principal question is to know if secondary school failure is caused by poor management in the relations between teacher-student-parent. To be sure of our investigations, we have put in place a general hypothesis which is: failure in secondary school is due to poor management ofrelationships between teacher-student-parent. Due to this principal hypothesis of failure in secondary school, three others hypotheses have been regenerated:  HR1: school failure to the secondary education depends of the poor management of the relationship between teacher/parent.  HR2: school failure to the secondary education depends of the poor management of the relationship between parent/student.  HR3: school failure to the secondary education depends of the poor management of the relationship between teacher/student. To verify theses hypothesis, our choice was focused on the students of Terminals ACA and IH of Lycée Technique Industrial and Commercial of Yaoundé. We were also interested to their parents and teachers in other to have second information. In this case, we have used quantitative method in other to collect different data on the earth and with the technical sampling cluster, we have got a sampling of fifteen (50) student (principal sampling) of this school, and two seconded samplings have fifteen (50) parents of these students and ten (10) of their teachers. The results that we have obtained have been presented, analyzed and interpreted grace to the calculation of chi-carré (X2 corrigé). The analyze that we have done with this material have permitted us to confirm the hypothesis number one (1) and two (2), then to invalidate the hypothesis number three (3). And the end of these result, we have formulated suggestions to the educative authorities, teachers, parents, and student.en_US
