Résumé: Education is an inalienable and fundamental right that is binding on all individuals, which is why governments are making it a priority because it is a major stake in international exchanges, in terms of transfer of skills or technology, in which all nations participate in the name of globalization. In spite of the importance given to education, one of the findings that poses a problem in the effectiveness of the Cameroonian education system is that of the academic performance of learners. This is why, for the present research, which is entitled: "Collaboration of the educational community and the academic performance of learners". A study conducted among 3ème, 1ère and Tle students of the Ebolowa Bilingual High School II.
