dc.description.abstractThis research is based on the observation that in the accompanying practices of counselors, there are shortcomings because the majority after graduating from school do not manage to make use of their educational achievements in order to integrate socio professionally. The objective is to evaluate and encourage policy advisors to review their methods. To achieve this, we used the questionnaires, the observations which allowed us to understand why there is a mismatch between their training and their professional integration. We have therefore focused on the case of the students of the High School of Industrial and Commercial Technology in Yaoundé. Most of these young people are not fully aware of the skills they have to be able to cope and be independent professionals. After analysis, the training of counselors needs to be further developed and training sessions on the introduction to professional projects need to be delivered with concrete cases.fr_FR
